Q1. Why are some letters red and others are are white?

A1. White letter represents the exact note we need to play. On the other hand, red letter represents the muted note we need to play.

Q2. What format the Video Clips are in?

A2. All Video Clips are in FLV Format.

Q3. What player do you recommend to watch your videos?

A3. All Players that suport FLV format will play our videos but we recommed Real Player.

Q4. How do I download lessons from Bass Guitar Lessons website?

A4. Go to the Lessons tab and select the video you want to download. When the desired video opens up, select download and follow the instructions.

Q5. On average how long does it take to download one video?

A5. This will depend on your internet speed, but an approximate estimate is between 5 and 10 minutes. The size of each video is anywhere between 50 - 100 Mb.

Q6. What do I do if there is a problem in downloading a video?

A6. You can download each video up to 3 times in 24 hours. Even if after 3 tries you are still having problems, please send us a confirmation of payment and we will forward you a direct link to this particular lesson.

Q7. Do you sell lessons on DVD?

A7. At the moment we do not, but we will in the near future. Lessons on DVDs will be exclusive i.e. you will not get a chance to see the lessons from DVD on our website at all.

Q8. Do you do private (one on one) lessons?

A8. Yes, we can do private (one on one) lessons if you live in Sydney Australia. Please contact us for more details (by going to contact us tab).

Q9. How can I sell my Book, DVD or CD trough Bass Guitar Lessons website?

A9. Please send us a request for this transaction and we will reply with all instructions.

Q10. How can I find out when there is a new lesson on your website?

A10. By joining Bass Guitar Lessons website, you wil get an email an each time a new lesson has been uploaded.

 Q11. What is the price for the lesson?

A11. Price of each download is US$5 . If you are living in a country where currency is different (i.e. it is not American dollar), the amount charged will be the equvalent of US$5 in the currency of your own country.
